1 General Provisions

88baji (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "the Company") is a provider of online betting and gaming services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all individuals ("Users" or "Members") who use the Platform.

3 Account Security

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus offer is applicable only once per member.
• Bets placed with bonus funds count toward the bonus wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are valid for a specific time period — if the requirement is not met within the set timeframe, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The 88baji platform offers cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and many other types of games. Each game has its own rules.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games are conducted on the basis of fair play. Using dishonest methods, software assistance, or exploiting system vulnerabilities to play games is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Right to Cancel Bets

88baji reserves the right to cancel or recalculate bets in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or system issue.
• If a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled.

6.3 Sports Betting

7 VIP Program

The 88baji VIP program has four tiers. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play.

VIP benefits may be modified or discontinued at 88baji's discretion. VIP status is non-transferable and is linked to a specific account.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 88baji platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Attempting to hack the system, spread viruses, or gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Colluding with other players or manipulating games through collusion.
